This disclaimer applies to original email, any attachments and all subsequent emails or attachments (collectively the “Email”) from the Company.

Recipients of Email from the Company: The Email is intended for the named recipient(s) only. Any person who is not the named recipient (or its authorised representative) who receives the Email in error -

• Should notify the sender (as specified in the Email) using the contact details contained in the Email as soon as possible.
• Should delete the Email once the sender has been notified.
• Should not forward, copy or otherwise transmit or disseminate the Email or any of the contents thereof to any person.
• Should not print, save or otherwise store the Email or any of the contents in any form.

While the Company has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that there are no viruses in the Email, the Company is not responsible for loss or damage arising from the use of the Email.

The Email is confidential unless expressly otherwise stated. Any unauthorised copying, disclosure, adaption, distribution, publication and/or use of, or any other unauthorised action taken based on this Email is strictly prohibited and may be an infringement of the Company’s intellectual property.

No warranties and representations: Unless specifically stated, the Email does not constitute an official representation and does not contain warranties, representations or offers by the Company.

While the Company uses its best endeavours to prevent loss or damage to third party systems, it cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to third party systems however caused including viruses or other malicious code in the Email, corruption of data or any “denial of service” or similar exploit caused by a virus or malicious code.

The Company prohibits its employees and other users from sending any Email containing contents that are profane, obscene, defamatory, offensive or otherwise unlawful in nature by the laws of the country of the sender or the recipient. Any Email sent by the Company user in breach of the aforesaid prohibition is deemed to be sent in that person’s personal capacity and the Company is not liable for such Email.

The Email carrying the domain name of the Company shall not be used, copied, sold, disclosed, shared or incorporated into any database or mailing list for spamming and/or online marketing practices without the prior consent of the member and/or the Company.

This Email disclaimer shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this disclaimer shall be resolved under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
